The temple gave me tools for purification and I now sometimes with tad amounts of fear venture back into Maya...not to become a part of it's entanglement but to rescue the forgotten souls in need instead of building my self away tucked under the protection that it offers me...this too is a devotion to Krisna I believe...When flesh comes into human the consciousness of flesh becomes one with self as food is not mechanically inserted but an extention of energy fed to energy... I have been considering vegetarianism for health reasons, but have put off making a decision because of the resistance my family and friends display. When I eat meat, my stomach feels so heavy. However, Justerini's story makes me pause to consider further implications of an omniverous diet and the many rewards of a vegetarian one.
